膜厚

磷酸錳的期許膜厚為5～10μm

磷酸鋅的期許膜厚為5～15μm

裸件鹽霧能力

磷酸錳裸件（無鈍化封孔）的鹽霧時間（ASTM B-117）至少要有 1.5小時

磷酸鋅裸件（無鈍化封孔）的鹽霧時間至少要有 2小時
